Sponsorship packages, fees, and features are below. Fees below apply to HCAF members only. Prospective members pay double the listed fee. Exclusive Session Sponsorships
  • General Session Sponsorship: $2,000 (4 available…only 1 remaining!)

  • Breakout Session Sponsorship: $1,750 (8 available…7 remaining)

Sponsorship includes:

  • Opportunity to submit to HCAF a promotional video (1-2 minutes in length) to be played at the beginning of your session

  • Opportunity to welcome attendees and introduce the speaker

  • Inclusion of your marketing flyer or branded item in the attendee welcome box

  • Complimentary access to the event for one company representative

  • Additional representatives may register to attend at the published attendee rates less a $50 discount

  • Placement of company logo on the event website and HCAF event registration webpage and linked to your website

  • Inclusion of your company logo in all event-related email promotions linked to your website

  • Full-page advertisement in the attendee welcome guide (General Session sponsorship)

  • Half-page advertisement in the attendee welcome guide (Breakout Session sponsorship)

Organizations that purchase any of the following à la carte items will receive 50% off one (1) event registration as well as access to event attendee lists (distributed January 15 and October 29, 2021)

(A) Marketing Flyer or Branded Item in Attendee Welcome Box: $250

  • 100 items needed and must be received by HCAF by January 4, 2021

  • Shipping details will be provided after purchase

(B) Home Care Warm Up Website Advertisement Linked to Your Website: $500

(C) HCAF Newsletter Advertisement: $250

  • Biweekly newsletters sent to Certified and Private Duty members — more than 4,000 members total!

(D) Event Email Promotion Advertisement Graphic Linked to Your Website:

  • $500 for all event-related email promotions

  • $50 for individual promotions

(E) Advertising Blitz Package: $1,000

  • ​Includes email newsletter and promotions advertisement, and company logo on the event website and registration page

  • Savings of $250 compared to purchasing items individually

(G) Welcome Guide Advertisement:

  • $750 full-page advertisement​

  • $500 half-page advertisement

  • $250 quarter-page advertisement

  • ​Based on 8.5" by 11" dimensions in a comprehensive guide that includes a full schedule of programs with overviews, speaker information, exhibitor/sponsor directory, and more.

  • Artwork must be received by HCAF by December 21, 2020

(H) Donated Items for Prizes and Giveaways: FREE to Participating Sponsors!

  • Prize announcements will be included in the attendee welcome packet and promotions (e.g., email, social media, etc.). Paid attendees will automatically receive two (2) raffle entries and sponsors will have an opportunity to announce prize winners during the event.

  • To participate, simply email Patti Heid at pheid@homecarefla.org to tell her what you would like to donate towards the raffles. Once a raffle winner has been selected, she will provide you with the attendee’s follow-up information so that you may connect with them directly and award them their prize.
