Sponsorship Opportunities
HCAF offers various opportunities for vendors in the home care industry to showcase their products and services at the 10th Annual Home Care Warm Up, including sponsorship packages and à la carte options. The prices listed below apply to active HCAF members only; prospective members may participate at double the listed rate. Please be aware that sponsor packages are not exclusive unless explicitly stated and are subject to limited availability due to space constraints.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing or via email to Julia Thompson by January 15, 2024, to receive a refund, minus a 20% administrative fee. Sponsor Packages
Silver Package ($1,000)
Valued at over $3,000, the package includes:
Tabletop display during the evening reception and the entire following day (valued at $2,000)
One (1) sponsor representative registration ($229)
Sponsor logo on all event email promotions ($500)
Sponsor logo on the event website and registration page ($200)
Sponsor logo on the looping slideshow displayed between sessions, breaks, and meals ($100)
Sponsor logo in the event program ($50)
Sponsor logo on signage displayed in the event hall ($200)
One (1) ticket for a sponsor representative to attend to attend the welcome reception on January 29; additional representatives may attend for $100 per person ($100)

Gold Package ($2,000)
Valued at over $5,000, the package includes all of the Silver benefits, plus:
Recognition as the morning and afternoon breaks sponsor (valued at $1,000)
Sponsor flyer insert in the event program that acknowledges the level of sponsorship ($250); the sponsor is responsible for printing and shipping to HCAF)
One (1) branded promotional item, such as name badge lanyards, pens, notepads, mints, etc., to be distributed to all attendees (sponsor is responsible for supplying and shipping to HCAF)
Half-page, black-and-white advertisement in the event program
One (1) additional sponsor representative registration, for a total of two (2) transferable registrations ($458)
Placement of the sponsor’s pop-up banner in the registration area or session room
One (1) additional ticket to the welcome reception on January 29, allowing a total of two (2) sponsor representatives to attend; additional representatives may attend for $100 per person ($200)

Platinum Package ($3,000)
Valued at over $8,000 and includes all of the Silver and Gold benefits, plus:
Opportunity to introduce a session speaker, based on availability and order of sponsorship commitment (priceless exposure and brand awareness opportunity!)
Sponsor video (1-2 minutes) presented to attendees before speaker introduction (deadline to send media file/link is January 22)
Full-page, black and white advertisement in the event program (January 15 deadline; benefit is in place of the half-page ad included in the Gold Package)
Sponsor logo on the cover of the event program
Opportunity to be a featured speaker at an upcoming Private Duty Lunch Chat webinar; this benefit allows HCAF to remind attendees of the sponsor’s generosity and participation in the Home Care Warm Up (priceless exposure and brand awareness opportunity!)

1. Flyer Insert – $250
Secure a marketing flyer placement in attendee event materials, which include event particulars and presentation materials, ensuring a successful and productive event. Prepare 100 handouts for distribution, with a submission deadline of January 22. Shipping instructions will be furnished upon purchase.
2. Website Ad – $500
Your organization’s logo, hyperlinked to your website, will be prominently featured on this website, with a direct link to your website.
3. Newsletter Ad – $150
Your organization’s logo, hyperlinked to your website, will feature in HCAF’s e-newsletter, Home Care Hot Sheet, which reaches over 4,000 professionals in the home care industry. The logo will appear in one edition before the event and another edition following the event.
4. Email Ad Package – $500
Your organization’s logo, hyperlinked to your website, will be included in all event-related promotional campaigns sent to over 9,000 email subscribers.
5. Single Email Ad – $50
Your organization’s logo, hyperlinked to your website, will be included in one (1) event-related promotional campaign sent to over 9,000 email subscribers.
6. Ad Blitz Package – $900
Maximize your exposure by having your logo featured on this website (see #2), in two editions of HCAF’s newsletter (#3), and across all event-related promotional campaigns (#4).
7. Program Ad – Varies
Showcase your organization’s products and services in the official event program, featuring a detailed schedule, education program summaries, speaker profiles, exhibitor directory, and more. Artwork submissions must be made by January 15. The ad dimensions adhere to an 8.5″ by 11″ portrait layout, and please note that ads must be in black and white.

8. Reception Host – $3,000
Exclusive sponsorship of the pre-event reception on the evening of January 29 is priced at $3,000. With this sponsorship, you’ll receive:
Acknowledgment of your sponsorship in our attendee materials, on the event website, event signage, and the looping slideshow displayed between sessions, breaks, and meals
Placement of your organization’s pop-up banner in the event space.
Complimentary admission for two (2) organization representatives to the reception. Additional representatives can join at a rate of $100 per person.
A tabletop display within the reception area.
The opportunity to distribute branded items and marketing materials on event tables.
If you incorporate this sponsorship into your existing Gold or Platinum sponsor package, the supplementary fees are $2,500 (Gold) and $1,500 (Platinum).
